Railway Lodge was a lovely place to stay whilst in Donegal. When my partner and I arrived we recieved a warm and friendly welcome from Gillia, the owner. We turned up at railway lodge unannounced and were greetred warmly by Gillia who immediately showed us to a room. Railway Lodge, Donegal, was fantastic. It was clean, comfortable, and friendly. The rooms were cosy, had a tv (with lots of channels), and a good en-suit bathroom (if you've stayed in a lot of places you'll understand what I mean).... more
