My cousin and I spent three nights at the Ard Na Breatha Guesthouse in June 2009 while we toured around Co. Donegal, exploring the sites and find out a little more on our family's history. Theresa was absolutely wonderful! She was always concern about our stay and ensure that everything was in perfect order. We had a triple room; double... more

This B&B was a wonderful choice the rooms were spacious and spotless. The scenery was beautiful and the staff especially Theresa couldn't have done more for us. The breakfast was superb and kept us all going well into lunch time, had an amazing trip and would love to return again. more

Myself and my sister spent five nights at the Ard na Breatha during the Pan Celtic Festival which has just taken place in Donegal town. On our arrival, we were warmly greeted at the gate by Teresa (the owner, manageress) and an employee who took our cases to our room which was tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. Teresa then showed us... more

For three days, in September 2008, my daughter Robyn and myself thoroughly basked in the peaceful and tranquil surroundings of lush green rolling hills and grazing sheep and cattle. Our well appointed bedroom and bath were lovely and had all the comforts of home. Breakfast was a delight with an abundance of wholesome choices of food. Robyn's Birthday dinner (14... more

It is a little bit quiet but that is nice sometimes. The restaurant was very nice and sitting at the fire having a drink. There is... more

What a wonderful B&B. Just minutes from downtown Donegal Town, which is a charming little town. Theresa was a wonderful and friendly host. Our room was extremely clean, modern and comfortable. Had a really nice breakfast while we watched the sheep graze in a nearby pasture. Would stay here again and would recommend to others. more

I had the impression this would be more like a farmhouse but its located right next to a rural section of Donegal town. Overall we were disappointed with Donegal town. The coutryside was beautiful but the town is very small and not much to do. The house is very nice but the room we had for four was very tiny... more
