This was my 3rd stay here and I have never had any problems, although we have always went during the week when quiet so I can't comment on weekends but it is a fabulous luxurious hotel for relaxing. We had booked 2 standard twin rooms for £35 Sterling pp and this included breakfast. One room was upgraded complimentery with sea... more

Stayed at this hotel for two nights and enjoyed it from start to finish. Checked in quickly and efficently, room was lovely, good size with a lovely view(beach only 5 minute walk). Ate in the Holly tree restaurant and the bar and enjoyed delicious food with good service. We also really enjoyed the spa and leisure club, found the staff... more

I recently returned from a short break at the Ballyliffin Lodge and Spa. Im a single lady and dont often go away but i fancied a break and came across this lovely hotel on the internet, it looked beautiful and the Over 55's break was great value so i booked. Well, i was not dissappointed,on arrival i was greeted by... more

This was our groups' 2nd stay at the lodge and it won't be our last! The hotel was first class in every way. Rooms are posh, breakfast is a delicious all-u-can-eat buffet. The views from the hotel are beautiful & the two golf courses at Ballyliffin are magical! We ate both nights in the hotel's pub which featured great food... more

We stayed at The Ballyliffin Lodge on a Midweek Family Package over the summer. Our family were made feel very welsome on arrival and through out our stay. The quality of food(including the childrens meals) was excellent and the staff very attentive. I would definatley recommend to others as location near the beach and play park is a god send... more

I actualy come from the area originally and went for the nicest Hotel (or so I thought) in the area. We wanted to have a quiet peaceful rest in the Hotel for the weekend, so specifically asked before booking for a quiet room. Little did we think (despite clearly clarifying before booking) that quiet is a relative term. In summary,... more

Lovely lovely hotel. We found the staff to be very friendly. Food was very good. I cant see the reason for all the negative reviews. Only downside i can say would be a better quality tv in the room with more channels. I know i should have been outside enjoying the views but i love my TV. Also if your... more

Had a very disappointing experience in this hotel a few weeks ago. The rooms were ok but no "wow" factor - had zero view Leisure centre was very dark For Spa treatments, we had to change in the pool changing rooms, which was poor But the worst experience was with the included meal in our package, which was a 3... more

We held our wedding here early July and have to say Breda, Colin and the whole team did a fab job. From start to finish things ran like clockwork, the food and service were outstanding. There's nothing I'd change about reception here at all. The hotel is small, just 40 rooms and if there is a wedding here that you're... more
