Great value but staff pretty rude and mickey taking. Cigarette butts all over balcony floor on arrival but very clean otherwise. Staff pretend you have been upgraded to penthouse just if your flat is top floor - heard this 3 times and makes people feel silly. Take staff away and flat is great. more
