i stayed here with friends as i was going to a concert in the O2 arena. The Hotel is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean - Receptionist's were all really lovely and welcoming. The Room we had was just gorgeous, really open plan, had everything we needed and again was just spotless. I would have no hesitation in recommending this Hotel... More

This modern hotel is located opposite the O2 centre in Dublin. It's a pleasant walk from the hotel to the city centre along the Liffey or, alternatively, you can catch the tram which stops outside every 10 mins or so. If you're in town for the week, a weekly tram ticket is good value. The hotel staff are friendly, the... More

Unique, quirky & immaculate, this hotel is Perfect. Great location, friendly & more than helpful staff. Spacious, trendy rooms and a great atmosphere all around. Couple of bars, one with a great authentic Asian menu & fab cocktails! Breakfast is a buffet & I haven't seen or tasted a better, regularly replenished breakfast like that in all the hotels I... Stayed for 2 nights at The Gibson Hotel for the May bank holiday weekend. On arrival I was wowed by the hotels interior. The reception is on the third floor and so you make your way up via either a glass elevator overlooking the Dublin docklands or by escalator. Check in was fast and efficient with three reception desks with... More

I was created with a warm genuine smile and a nice.handshake. Really, I couldn't tell you when the last time a receptionist shaked my hand. The rooms are fresh, clean and we'll designed. Plenty of power points for phone chargers, laptops etc Large flat screen TV and nice firm bed, which I like. On the first evening, the main restaurant... More

Stayed for 3 nights in May. If this hotel was in Temple Bar or around Grafton St., it would be twice the price. Very clean and modern hotel, with great beds and showers. 5 - 7 minute train ride and then 2 - 3 minute walk to Temple Bar or Grafton St. Loved the hotel and will stay here again... More

Stayed at this hotel a total of 3 nights while in Dublin and while the hotel is pretty chic, it is at the very end of the tram system a bit of a trek from central Dublin area. If you are attending an event at the O2, it is a no brainer, right within stumbling distance. The challenges we had... More

We recently stayed at the Gibson Hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We had not been to Ireland before and chose this hotel based upon the reviews on this website. We weren't disappointed. We arrived very early, hoping to drop our luggage off so we could go into Dublin but we were pleasantly surprised to find our room was ready.... More
