A very nice b&b in the heart of the city, just a block from a park. The room was nice and clean, though nothing fancy. But the breakfast was really incredible! They had cereals, toast, fruit salad, breads, jams, cheeses and more. Our room was on the 5th floor, and with no elevator and some narrow stairs it was tough... More

Great location close to the grafton st shopping area and city highlights. Famous whelan's bar is only about 200m away. Hotel is close to temple bar area but still in a quiet street. Great breakfast, friendly. Perfect!

OK value for the price. It is noisy though: every time the tram rumbles by the front door of this place, your room will shake. There is a park near the rear of the hotel - large events/parties are hosted here and you will hear the music and crowds till late at night. Lastly, there are several bars opposite the... More

This is a great place to stay to see the sites in Dublin, as well as day tripping. Our room was large and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. We had requested a room in the back of the hotel, as it sits on a busy street. While it wasn't noisy most of the time, when the college students... More

This little hotel has great location, near the city center. The house is very interesting and you can really feel the charm of the Georgian city of Dublin.Rooms are spacious and clean, staff is pleasant, free wifi is available. Though, breakfast is modest, but for a short stay you can choose something. The greatest advantage of this hotel is certainly... More

We were a 2-3 blocks from St. Stephens Green, good shopping, and the popular promenade. It was under a 10 minute walk to trinity college and less than a 15 min walk to Temple Bar. Everything you want to see is easily walking distance! Rooms were a bit small, but given the location, it's understandable. The room was simple but... More

This was always one of my favorite hotels in Dublin. Nothing flash but classical old georgian building that's usually good value for an excellent location. A bit expensive this time but typical of prices in Dublin for the weekend of the Heineken Cup Final. The breakfast is a simple tasty continental and the rooms are nice with twelve foot ceilings.... In most ways this is an adequate three star hotel: good location, clean, free wifi, nice lobby, pleasant staff, OK breakfast. But the level of the lighting in the rooms is unbelievably dim - so dim that I could not read a book even with every light in the room on (I know it wasn't just my room since I... More

My two night stay at the Albany House was beyond enjoyable. Really central location, spacious en-suite room (and I had a single!), free wifi (always a bonus for researchers), and delightful breakfasts. Extremely great value for all of those details. All of the staff are also incredibly nice and very attentive to their guests. The only downside is that my... More
