I've never had a hotel fall down around me before but the Harding Hotel in Dublin did, on not 1 occasion but 3 seperate times.. The Manager and staff happen to be quite rude. They also double charged me and it seems to be quite an issue getting the money back!! more

The best thing about this hotel has to be the location. Opposite Christ Church and only a 5 minute walk from Temple Bar, 12 minutes from Grafton Street and Trinity College....yet far enough from the madness of the bar scene ... We spent 4 nights here and were not disappointed. The rooms are large ( we had a large triple)... more

This is my third time staying at the Harding Hotel over the last 5 years. It is a great find and a good value for the area. You are a 5 minute walk (or stumble) from the heart of Temple Bar and only about 10 minutes from Trinity College and Grafton Street. They offer a great breakfast which we enjoyed... more

Stayed for one night in the Harding in June 2009. On arrival was reluctantly greeted by a surly receptionist and quickly checked in. Single room on Second floor was adequately spacious for one, with a view of Christchurch. As others have said, it's bells ring out every fifteen minutes all day and night, but it didnt bother me. Relatively comfortable... more

we were looking for a reasonably priced, clean, comfortable spot close to most tourist destinations within the city and found it all with The Harding House. we were walking distance from many landmarks, but the bus system in Dublin is reliable enough for further destinations. Fishamble street was quiet and our room was not overly well appointed but very nice... more

We stayed for three nights on a bank weekend, so the rate was higher than normal. Location is great, as others have noted, and rooms are large by European standards. Service was terrific. The noise comes from two sources: the bar downstairs and Christ Church. The bar isn't that bad, and there is often decent music. The Church bells ring... more

Perfect location, simple large clean rooms with small frig & water heating pot for tea and coffee, small tv (but we didn't care), free fast wifi. Our room had a view of Christ Church. We didn't eat in the restaurant, but the bar was fun with great live music. Would book there again in a nano second... After spending one... more

The Harding Hotel Dublin is a great value hotel, with friendly helpfull staff and in an excellent central location for exploring Dublin. Billed as a 2 star, I've stayed in much worse 3 stars, so I'm unsure if there is a particular issue that prevents it from being rated higher. We stayed on the 4th floor in a well propotioned... more

We booked here for a short Easter break. We needed a variety of rooms, two doubles and two singles. The price we got via the website was great compared to other Dublin city hotels. The single rooms were a little on the small side, but perfectly acceptable. One double room actually had an extra single bed. We had one problem... more

The Harding Hotel is within walking distance of central Dublin. While it has a lively bar and disco, they did not annoy us, even though our first night was that of the All Ireland Gaelic Football Finals in Dublin and there was much 'craik' to celebrate. There is a great little restaurant attached that served a fabulous Irish breakfast (Included... more
