My 82 year old mother and I stayed here and we were very happy with our choice. The location is perfect - just accross the Liffy from Temple Bar, 2 short blocks from the LUAS. Upon our very early arrival, the staff invited us to have a nap in the very cozy lobby chairs. Our room was made available to... more

We were so very disappointed with The Morrison. We stayed there with some friends whilst going racing at Leytown and The Curragh. We stay in boutique hotels often and this one was in Mr and Mrs Smith (usually reliable) and well reviewed on Trip advisor, we were excited about going with friends. Although in a great location, just over from... more

Really helpful staff and lovely decor. The rooms are average in size but very nice. The breakfast is great and at weekends they allow you to have breakfast between 9-12. The hotel is just over the River Liffey from Temple Bar so the nightlife is right on your doorstep without being too intrusive. Would definately recommend this hotel! more

The Morrison Hotel in Dublin is a great place to stay. It is on the River Liffey, and just across the bridge from Temple Bar. We arrived at 11 a.m. afer being on the go for 15 hours, and our room was ready for us. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. The room was comfortable, with a large... more

I stayed at the Morrison for 2 nights, while in Dublin for a conference. The hotel is brilliantly located, overlooking the Liffey and right beside the millenium footbridge. The hotel is very stylish inside, and has a couple of cool bars on the ground floor. When checking in, you should use the side door as this is right beside the... more

We stayed in the Penthouse at the hotel in August - wow! From the minute we arrived the staff couldn't have been more helpful. The Penthouse wasn't ready when we arrived, so we were shown through to the bar where we received complimentary drinks. When entering the room for the first time - I would recommend taking a deep breath... more

We should have been staying at The Arlington, but due to over booking, (we booked in Feb08 with 10 other's) we were moved to The Morrison. What a result!!! Fantastic hotel. While checking in, we were called by friends saying that they could get us back in the Arlington, NO THANK YOU. Arrived at 12:15pm and although check in not... more

From the moment we arrived at the Morrison Hotel in Dublin we were treated so well. The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. We arrived at 11 in the morning and didn't think they would let us into our room that early, but they did. The hotel has a nice clean modern style, which we enjoy. The rooms were fairly... more

We stayed at the Morrison for two nights, following a visit back in March where some things weren't quite right (given a double instead of twin, dirty wine glasses, no internet connection etc) - just to give it another shot. We were given an upgrade to a studio suite, this was a really lovely room. It was on the mezzanine... more

Took a three night package which included dinner, the price was reasonable for the quality of the room and the restaurant. Having read the other reviews I don’t think you should be put off. It’s a boutique hotel so it does have a certain ambiance, often mistaken for dark. The room was pretty standard in size yet clean and modern,... more
