Modern hotel, well equipped large rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food excellent and service top class. Situated in the heart of Dublin, with easy access to O'Connell Street, and across the river to Temple Bar and Grafton Street. Would definately recommend this hotel, and if I go back to visit Dublin again, I would definately stay here. more

This hotel is definately not 4 star. It is shabby, dated and very worn. Check in was fine, staff were very plesant. Helpful staff, quick and friendly; the room was a bit disappointing - lot's of "schnick-schnack", BUT the windows did not provide any sound insulation , the noise from outside was so bad -as if there were no windows at all.
