This hotel is excellently located across from Christchurch Cathedral and only a few minutes walk from the Temple Bar area, St. Patrick's Cathedral, Leo Burdock's Fish & Chips, Trinity College, the best shopping venues and many other sites in Dublin. All the amenities were available, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and the value for money was excellent. Be... more

Centrally located, within 10 mins walk to Temple Bar area. We stayed 2 nights. The hotel was clean, and like other reviews have said, bathroom could do with some updating. We had a rear facing room, which I gather was much quieter than our friends overlooking the front. Breakfast was an effort though. If you queue for the fried breakfast... more

The location of this hotel is superb. It is a 5 minutes walk away from all that you could need to do in Dublin and to get around. Temple is bar is a nice short walk as are the bus stops for airport buses, Tour buses or general Dublin buses. There is a great selection of bars and restaurants really... more

Having stayed at this hotel many times in the past, my recent stay (only 1 night) has been the best yet. Some of the rooms have obviously recently been redecorated - at least the one we were in was! I was very pleasantly surprised! Hotel in a very good location. No doubt I will be back again on my next... more

Simply, cheaper room rates are found by asking reception on the day, rather than booking in advance. Reception was courteous, and you are given the option of a front room, overlooking the Church, or a quieter back room facing a courtyard with what appears to be residential apartments. We chose the latter, and was surprised to find that our double... more

This is an average hotel with a very good location! The room is good but the bathroom needs a renewal! The hotel is very well placed! Is located in front of the Christ Church and with a 5min. walk we are in front of Dublin Castle, and another 5 to 10min we are at Trinity College. Very nice! more

Not a single bad comment. Highly recommendable!! People were very helpful and friendly, the rooms and bathrooms were spotlessly clean, everything in the bathroom (as well as all the appliances) worked, slept comfortably on the beds. In the heart of Dublin so perfect if you want to see the city's attractions. more

Stayed for one night here. The location is excellent, close to city centre and easy to get to despite Dublin's torturous one-way system. It also has good, secure car parking. The hotel was extemely busy, but had a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Check-in was a little slow, due to a large group ahead of us at the counter. But the duty... more

Eh, this hotel has so much potential, but overall its gross. Let's start with the good. The Good: The location was in close proximity to everything (Temple Bar, Dublin Castle, 10 min walk to Guiness Storehouse), ChristChurch, and Dublin Bus Tours shop. Maid service was fine, no issues with that. Elevators worked properly. The Bad: The location. With being centrally... more

When I stayed at this hotel last month I was shocked by the room at this hotel - the door would notlock and a hotel manager stood outside the room trying to get it work. Windows wouldnt open. No aircondition and the rooms were heated to near 90 degrees in summer. The bathroom was filthy and bits of taps and... more
