This place is run more like a hostel. Not exactly what I expected. The staff was helpful, but not friendly. They acted like they were being bothered when asked for help. The heat barely worked. The rooms were not very clean. The breakfast was so so. Next time I won't be so quick to shop for a 'bargain'...I won't return... more

I stayed for a week and found the hotel staff very friendly and the location superb for all my business and social meetings. The prices are really very reasonable and I was able to walk to the most interesting places in Dublin City. I will be staying here in future. more

Two of us stayed for 4 days from Mar.2nd . We booked through Laterooms.com and paid 144 Euro for the room for 3 nights. We thought that was very good value. The reception staff, Miriam and Greta, were lovely; they were very helpful, courteous and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble. We requested a quiet room and that's exactly what... more

Stayed in a double room whilst over in Dublin to attend a wedding. The room was small, but good size as I was travelling on my own. The toilet didn't flush the night I arrived. Told the receptionist the next morning and it was fixed when I was out. However, it stopped working again the next morning. The best thing... more

First of all we paid around 400 USD for three nights for a twin room therefore we were expecting to get a normal hotel room. We arrived at 1 pm and were told to come back for the check in at 2 pm which is a joke in itself. Finally we got to check in - we really should not... more

I never thought I would fine such a reasonably priced hotel in the centre of the city. The rooms are great and the staff super friendly. I would certainly recommend this hotel this hotel to anyone rich or poor. more

A really great hotel, I have absolutely nothing bad to say about it at all, I don't think it deserves some of the worse reviews that have been left. The room was beautiful, compact but perfect size for a couple I'd say. It was in a great location, an easy walk from Dublin's centre. Staff were friendly, and let us... more

I've stayed here on two seperate occasions this year and in 2006. Both times I was really impressed - friendly staff, good breakfast, a triple room that is affordable and big enough for 3 friends. They've refurbed this year, all neutral colours and it looks much smarter now. Lovely old building with high ceilings, walking distance to Temple bar but... more

Stayed two nights, Major leaks in the ceiling all through the Inn.They have buckets in the hallway to catch the water. Bathroom ceiling leaked through the light fixtures. It's a fire hazard. Also very noisy at night. They offered no discount . Place is in BAD shape.Even terrible rating is to good for them. more
