Was a little bit concerned after reading conflicting reviews of experiences but decided to chance it anyway. Travelled with spouse and son and arrived quite late at night having pre-booked for 4 nights at substantial discount with hotels direct online.Dealt with promptly and efficiently and given a twin and double on 4th floor in old part of the building which... more

a very pleasant stay had at the Gresham where reception staff were very welcoming. the concierge's knowledge was also called upon and he did not disappoint. my partner uses a walking stick and it was noticed that the front entrance lacks disabled facilities but it was explained to me that the building is listed and they are unable to install... more

Stayed for one night, as prev reviewers have mentioned, exc location for Air Coach. Reception large and bright, staff weren't over friendly a little stiff as someone else put it but were courteous. Room was on the 3rd floor, wasn't over spacious but fine for one nights stay, bathroom was large, looked like it was fairly new and very clean,... more

The Gresham is a lovely old dame, and we got a great deal on hotels.com which allowed it to be within our budget. When we arrived, we learned they had upgraded us to a larger room, with a nice-sized bathroom and excellent tub - very big by European (and older hotel) standards. The lobby is beautiful with a nice bar... more

Stayed for 3 nights. Excellent location, very good service. Clean, warm and comfortable in general, excellent breakfast. Rooms spacious with good facilities (no mini bar), reception polite and efficious. On the negative site, O'Connel street very noisy and rooms overlooking this street not well soundproofed. more

Staff were very helpful and stored the lugage in the morning when we arrived and again when we checked out. Rooms comfortable, very clean although alittle plain. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice including porridge, fruit, breads, ham and full Irish cooked breakfast although the hot dishes needed to be hotter. This hotel is exceptionally easy to find... more

We received a great deal to stay at the Gresham for 2 nights. The room we stayed in was really spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff are helpful and the bar and restaurant are really great. The hotel is convenient for everything as the Airport Coach stops right outside and to get back it is on the opposite side of... more

The AirCoach from Dublin airport stops right outside the door so a really convenient way to travel to the Gresham at 7 Euros . Although we had to wait to check in as reception was unmanned when we arrived (it was very late at night) this was a minor inconvenience particularly as we received a free room upgrade on an... more

I found the Gresham to be a very nice hotel. Nothing is fantastic but all is good. Staff , public areas etc are all in very good shape. The rooms are nice and well furnitured. The only thing which i find a bit strange is the very short beds ?! I think they are about 1.80 and that is for... more
