My girlfriend and I, we had such an amazing time at the Hotel Isaacs. We booked a standard room through the internet and when we checked in we saw a leaflet about their Georgian Rooms and spontaneously paid for the upgrade. I can just recommend it to book the georgian rooms, coz no matter what reviews you read about their... more

First impressions of the hotel were good - directly opposite the central bus station and from the outside it looked like a very nice hotel with an attractive hotel bar next door. This impression continued when we entered the reception area - it all looked quite modern and well set out and the staff seemed freindly and professional. However this... more

Excellent hotel in central Dublin. Rates were very reasonable and we were not expecting much but the rooms were very nice and spacious. Very clean and modern. Bathroom quite large and the shower was very powerful. Noise from the nightclub on a sunday night was a bit disturbing. more

Stayed at this hotel in April 08, the positive points were that its directly accross from the Bus Station but not too far from all the main attractions and that it seemed clean and well kept with a restaurant and bar attached. The negative thing was my friend and I arrived on a Friday night and were assigned to room... more

From the moment we arrived everyone was so friendly and helpful, the place was spotless and very smart. We booked a family room which was very spacious and very comfortable. The restaurant at the hotel served a decent breakfast and was unusually decorated with low vine clad ceilings. The location was great. The airport bus stopped right outside the hotel... more

The hotel looks really nice on the photos. The reality is a bit different... We had a Georgian room upgrade... What a joke! The room size is very very average. The bath is big enough for Your cat. (probably they needed the bath for the 3rd star) The room is so noisy! Its not just the rail track next to... more

I was there with a friend. The room was pretty good with a nice sized wardrobe. The location is good as well. The main problem was that we were run out hot water in the 2nd day. We complained in the reception but it wasn't fixed when we left the day after. more

myself and 3 other friends stayed here march 15-17 and we had a blast. The hotel is in a great location, just a 5 min walk to O'Connell street and then from there 2 minutes to temple bar where party scene is.. The hotel is easy to get to from the airport, you just catch the 747 bus for 6euros... more

First tiny room we were given was by train track (this runs on a bridge by the first floor). Grey nets did little to deaden the noise. Immediately moved without too much resistance from Reception. Second room quieter but still grey curtains and very basic and small. Worst problem was the really loud humming noise like a boiler or washing... more

Excellent position to local amenities, just a 5 minute walk into temple bar, also the bus from the airport stops opposite this hotel. Rooms and hotel itself were excellent and very modern, ajoining bar was also very good. Dont listen to other negative reviews of this hotel, it is a nice modern hotel within a cheap budget more
