My husband and I stayed here for 7 nights at the beginning of July 2008 and had very few complaints for a hotel outside of the US. While the customer service ranged from excellent to average, we liked the room, loved the location (5-10 minute walk to Grafton Street/anywhere in downtown Dublin...can't beat that!), and thought the price was excellent... more

Rooms are OK. Looking at some of the previous reviews customer service did not improve a whole in the last couple of days. Nice hotel. Clean, good size room. We had 3 adults...location a little far from CityCentre and Temple Bar. A good 25-30 min walk . On busline once we figured it out. Good taxi service always available and waiting. Desk was helpful with bus guidance. Many bus tours came right to door. more
