hotel was as they state. room was big clean and quiet. had it's own neigborhood with places to eat and pubs. staff was helpfull and friendly. it was close enough to walk to places and was also close to the bus. more

Very reasonable, functional, clean and comfortable. Well located to town center if prepapred to make a 20 minute walk. Beware of taxi drivers, not charged the same amount twice. Stayed four days in Dublin at the Mespil . . . not a single complaint. Friendly and helpful staff, quiet, reasonably priced. Also, the Wellington Pub just down the block is the genuine article, where the locals go for a pint and to watch football. more
