I saw what was a good rate for a two night stay in there hotel so made the reservation using credit card. Confirmation arrived inside ten minutes but noticed breakfast was not included so rang them up that afternoon (Saturday) to be told that there is nobody to help me with this and would have to ring back next week.... more
