The regency Hotel website is very mis-leading. Hotel was very average and very dated. Reception staff and appearance was nice. Was put on 3rd floor. Dingy lighting throughout corridor. Stayed in old part of hotel and were warned rooms were small and in need of renovation. Bed was small but I've seen a lot smaller rooms on my travels.
