Stayed on a business trip. Room was cold despite heating and the room service breakfast arrived 45 minutes late as the receptionst had written the room no down wrongly. Reception being re-fitted at the moment so very noisy and difficult. Most unpleasant was the very hard bed and equally hard pillows. Won't be staying here again. Try across the road. more
