This hotel has a good location; however, it is not a room you want to come home to at the end of the day. The floors were stained and dirty, the mattress terribly uncomfortable and the bathroom in need of repair.

Really great location. Excelent bad and shower (and bath). Clean. Definetely an excelent cost x benefit. I recommend for solo visit (as i did) or for couples. Only one exception: no ramp access for special needs people and / or trollers. Feel sorry for not stay in town during the weekend and enjoy the show.
