As always found staff very helpful. Room was spotless and quite. Have special requirements and the hostel made sure that they were met. more

This was a great hostel. The people working are really friendly, even when we messed up our reservations 50 times. We stayed in a mixed dorm and felt completely comfortable. There's an en-suite bathroom which was pretty clean. Good price, especially for the quality you're getting. Definitely check it out more

Stayed for one night as everywhere seemed to be booked out for the weekend . I would not recommend this place for the following reasons : The floored stinked of cleaning detergent when we arrived At reception there was a pile of rubbish/dirt swept into the corner and left there None of the vending machines worked Lift didn't work (we... more

I stayed at jacobs inn at the end of january. I booked a double private room. The room was clean with a new bathroom and flatscreen tv. But the room was a little small. I enjoyed staying at this hostel, the only thing that put me off was the amount of noise from outside (the dart runs directly behind the... more

I stayed here for two nights, one night while coming into Dublin and one night on my way out. I have to say that my experience may not have been typical as I had a room to myself both times and, as far as I know, didn't pay for a single room. The first night found me in a room... more

I stayed in a 4 bed mixed dorm for one night while passing through Dublin, rooms were acceptable and the location was central and close to transport. No issues with the condition of the rooms but I couldn't imagine staying in a larger dorm due to the noise the doors made when they slam close (automatically), staff were tolerable but... more

This hostel is just okay. We booked a private room with a double bed through Booking.com and it showed (picture) "a private room with a double bed." When we check in and went up to our room there was a double bed but it was a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom. I went to the reception... more

We stayed in a private room for 2 nights. Very cheap and the room was very clean and cheerful. The location was great for bobbing around town. The breakfast was very small and you sit on benches next to me sat a very very smelly young lad who had obviously had more guiness than I had the night before. On... more
