We were traveling with a group of college students; this was a trip that was not long on luxury but we had some bright moments. This was our last stop on a two week journey, four days in Dublin and then back home. The bus driver took us through the less scenic areas of town on our way from the... More

Great distance from the city. Great distance from the airport bus. Extra nice staff. Room was good, when we finally got the one we had paid for (changed 3 times). OK, ordinary breakfast, lots of people there. There is a terrace on the 4th floor. Bring your own towels!

I was on a rugby trip with a team of rugby boys and adult helpers. Not having stayed in a hostel i was wary of what to expect. I had a twin room on the 3rd floor which i shared with another female. It was very clean, perfectly adequate for 3 nights and the bedding and pillows were good. Bathroom... More

beware if you intend on staying here. Its full of rowdy kids, mainly teenagers. Our 1st impressions stayed until we left. 1. on entering the room we noticed only 1 small towel each, 2. bathroom sink was always blocked. 3. fleas in the room 4. our room wasnt cleaned on the 2nd day, said they forgot!!! 4.was told we had... Good location only a short walk to the centre although in a slightly dodgy area. The rooms were adequate but only one bathroom between 10 was a bit of a struggle. The hostel feels safe and the staff were always friendly. The kitchen area is large but it was always extremely busy at peak times.

Thanks for your response. We are glad you enjoyed your stay. We don't recommend guest walk alone at night anywhere in Dublin - it is a capital city after all. Thankfully the bus and luas (tram) stops are just at the end of our short road so guests are safe coming and going from the hostel. We do have extra... More

Great price for what you get. They have a locker room and a big kitchen with many stoves to cook. A down side is that they don't have a common area, just the reception. Staff was helpful and friendly. We walked to most sights, Dublin is quite small and easy to go around. Location is great, just thought a bit... More

Nice hostel, good location, right next to the bus station, which is very practical when you arrive with all your lugguage! Only 10-15 minutes walk from Temple Bar and all the city centre. I felt very safe in the hostel. The staff at the front desk is very nice and helpful! The rooms are clean and warm. The only negative... More

Hi. Thanks for your positive response. We don't have wifi in the rooms for a couple of reasons- 1. in a dorm situation, the tapping of the keys during the night would drive the other guests crazy and 2. we want our guests to interact with each other - hostels are for meeting people and making new friends and it's... BEST thing about this hostel was the Thai food restaurant across the street. I was here for 4 days and went to eat there twice during my stay. As far as the hostel goes..it is at a good location. It is about a 10min walk to the Temple Bar area which is great. Rooms are not that big but beds... More

I came March 2012 with a tour group. Stayed in a six share mixed dorm and it was great for a hostel. Cleaned everyday the shower and toilet were great. Surprised they didn't provide hand wash in bathroom but hey it's a hostel. Location is perfect it's like a 10min walk into city centre where they parade usually takes place.... More
