Good location , near of the heart of Dublin, we were in this hotel for 3 nights. We were 3 adults, the room was quite spacious for us. Nothing special, but clean and very good price for value! The city is very nice but too much expensive! more

Excellent location, near downtown shopping, buses, pubs, and a five minute walk to Temple Bar! There was an open air market both time we were there in the alley way next to the hotel. There are many great selections for a snack and shopping within two blocks. The staff was very helpful and allowed us to store our bags prior... more
Upon arrival we found the reception to be well maintained and spacious, the foreign reception staff were polite but a bit of a struggle, English was obviously not their first language. Even though I had booked 3 rooms and had my confirmation letter and number they only had 2 rooms on the hotel system, couple this with the obvious language... more
Good location 10/15 mins walk to Temple Bar,room very basic and dark as we had an inner room and small window overlooked brick wall. Noise from air con unit situated not far from room. clean bathroom with a good shower. Expensive, 5.99 euros for a guinness, 13.50 for breakfst which is not incuded in booking. Costly for the two day... more
The hotel was generally clean and the location was fine however it was let down by a total lack of character and the poor staffing. We had booked and checked into two rooms but the hotel charged an extar room onto our credit card and insited that we had used three rather than two despite our protests. Just be careful... more
Average hotel in a good location in an expensive city. Cant see how it can be beat for the price considering its location and relatively good facilities. Reception were nice , room was clean if unspectacular and i didnt try the breakfast so cant comment. more

We had to wait until after 2pm to check in, upon entering the lifes and hallways we found... more

This hotel is lovely and in a fantastic location as O'Connell Street is just around the corner and its really close to lots of cafes and shops and easy access to public transport. The hotel rooms are very clean and have everything you need including a great shower. The reception were great with checking in and out but when we... more
Two of us girls stayed at this hotel for one night in April. We booked the room on the hotel's website and paid €100 for a room with a double bed, a pull out sofa, and a full Irish breakfast. The sofa bed left a little to be desired - the "mattress" was extremely thin and not that comfortable. The... more
