I was staying in Dublin for 2 nights with my girlfriend and I must say we were completely satisfied. The bed was very comfortable, the bath was almost new and it was only a 10min bus ride to the city centre. Since it was our first visit to Ireland, we were not quite sure which B&B we should book for... More

Annandale b&B is only a short distance from Dublin by Bus which my wife and I used quiet often. I would recommend that you buy a 3 or 4 day pass . We have stayed at Annandale B&B three times over the past two years and cannot speak more highly of Brian & julie.. we have travelled through southern Ireland... More

From beginning to end this was a NIGHTMARE..we were made to feel like we were intruders. As soon as we arrived we were told to be quiet and were unable to make a payment by card despite the fact that the machine was sitting beside us. The dog barked all night and on top of this was sitting in the... More

In response to your review. I would like to state the following:: We are a family home and endeavor to offer our guests comfortable, safe accommodation. We do not appreciate our guests sleep being disturbed in the middle of the night , and unsociable behavior is un-welcome in our home. It is also our policy to ask guests to leave,... More

After making our booking over the phone, we arrived a bit early, and as she said Julie the host allowed us to leave our luggage in the guesthouse, so we could go into Dublin Ciry Centre and enjoy such a beautiful city, with a nation full of wonderful polite and friendly people. The next day we got up to a... More

A wonderful introduction to Ireland. Our hosts, Julie and Brian were most welcoming and friendly, and provided us with a wealth of information and assistance. Breakfast was delicious and our room, although small, was extremely comfortable and clean. An ideal location situated midway between the airport and Dublin City Centre which we reached after a 5 minute walk to the... More

Very good location for airport and only a bus ride to city centre. Bus stop is a good 8 minute walk from the house with restaurants and bars another few minute further on. The rooms are quite small but well equipped. Breakfast selection was a bit limited (no offer of fruit, yoghurt etc) but what was provided was very good.... More

Julie and Brian were great! With all the tips and advice she gave, we were in good hands. They really made us feel very welcome. At the breakfast table we made some new friends. Their B&B is close to the city centre and in a beautiful area, nice for just relaxing and taking in your surroundings while walking. Once again... More
