Spent 3 nights here. Handy for the town centre and the Gaiety theatre (2 mins walk). Only major problem was the lack of light bulbs. We stayed here because we were in town for a graduation nearby. While the room size was OK, the bed comfortable, the continental breakfast adequate with a nice bar/lounge, those were overshadowed by the poor plumbing and the most disgustingly dirty hotel carpeting I've ever seen in all my travels. The hotel was good, location excellent, but... if you pay a deposit for the reservation with a card, make sure you give a "credit" card not a "debit" one.
