We stayed at this B&B for a weekend and having reviewed the visitors book in the guestroom can vouch for the fact that all the guests that have written a review were happy with their stay (and there is no way pages could be ripped of the book!).

We found the owner of this B&B to be very friendly and accommodating - we arrived fairly late on the Friday night and each day requested breakfast at 8am which was not a problem. The breakfast is continental but more than ample and the freshly baked scones are delicious. The room layout is slightly unusual but as a loft conversion it is done very well. Although the roof is sloping you do get a lot more space than you would ordinarily get at B&B - having a sitting room and a bedroom.

The B&B is a two minute walk to the bus stop and it took us no more than 20mins to get into the center. It is excellent value for money we could not find anything close to this price in the city center

This is more of a Snack and Stop then a Bed & Breakfast. In the first place, they seemed a bit offended that I wanted to have Breakfast before 9AM. When it was actually served, it turned out to be a small bowl of fruit and some bread items, which is acceptable but had I known I was not getting an Irish breakfast I would have just skipped it so I could spend time seeing the sights. It is a bit far from Dublin, and I did not really see the convenience. It was an open space so I heard everything going on in the floors below. It was very clean. The ceilings, however, were slanted and I must have hit my head at least ten times. I am only 170 cm (5'6") so if you are at all tall you may do better elsewhere. more

Management response from

My family was extremely disappointed and upset with this review which is the only bad review we have ever received. We decided to respond since most of our guests review us in the guest book instead of online. 1: The Breakfast The Breakfast is a continental breakfast which is set out on the website. This consists of freshly baked scones,...
