My husband and I stayed in this hotel on two occasions. One while attending a Christmas Party and the second time in January 2010. The hotel itself is situation on the Naas Road and can be difficult to get into if you are not used to the area. It's reception area is large and spacious with a beautiful fire inviting... more

We stayed 3 nights at the Louis Fitzgerald. From the moment we entered Reception we were welcomed by the very friendly staff. The room was so cosy (outside it was Baltic conditions!) The attention to detail in the room and bathroom was very welcoming. The food for breakfast, in the Grill Bar and in the Dining Room was delicious and... more

Stayed here for a one night stay as needed to stay overnight in Dublin. The hotel is very modern and spotlessly clean. Staff very welcoming and friendly. The rooms are really nice with alot of extra touches such as toiletries etc. Had something to eat in the bar that night food was superb- had the burger. Would definately recommend. Staff... more

Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights on 12th & 13th Nov as we were in Dublin visiting friends and attending a show. From the outside I was sceptical about the hotel as it has an unusual facade however from the moment we stepped inside until the minute we left we were absolutely delighted with this hotel. The receptionists were... more

The staff were all wonderful -- friendly, helpful, cheerful. The hotel is beautifully decorated and clean. Those are the best things about this hotel. On first appearances, it looks like a 4 star hotel. However, the beds are hard as sleeping on the floor, the pillows were rocks and the sheets and duvet were not great quality. When we used... more

This hotel looked great on the website. It looked ultra modern, and it was a very good deal. That is until you factor in the distance and travel time from Dublin. The hotel is an hour from the city. there is nothing interesting around it in the slightest. I would recommend paying more and staying in the Temple Bar area.... more

Stayed for one night whilst attending a conference. Very pleasant, clean, reasonably spacious room. Decent sized bathroom. Restaurant fixed price menu was tasty and good value. At 75 Euros including breakfast it was good value for money. I'd stay again if I needed to be in the area, would probably head into the city for a leisure break. more

We booked on a special "stay 2 nights BB with dinner on 1 night" and I honestly couldn't fault our stay - the room was spotless (the head housekeeper must be very good!), the staff were very friendly - and the food was lovely. Portions were great sizes (although the steak was a little bit on the large size with... more

This hotel was everything I expected it to be. I knew that it was going to be far from the city but it really was not that bad. The LUAS stop is just a few blocks away and the hotel offers complimentary shuttle to it. My friend and I really enjoyed this hotel and the staff was incredible. Everyone was... more
