I have stayed at this hotel on at least 6 different occasions, it is well located in the Embassy district of Dublin. The hotel is an old 5 star hotel which was bought as part of a group of Jury's hotels destined for demolition. The hotel was reopened as a good quality cheap no frills hotel. There is no room... more

This hotel lacks all the necessary amenities of a business hotel. Though it is located in the Embassy District and is expected to be filled with business travelers, the hotel does little to cater to its business customers. I stayed for 9 days. During that 9 days the internet (both wired in the room and WiFi in the lobby) went... more

Booked in advance and stayed in the Ballsbridge Inn after going to the Eagles Concert. Great location, easy to find. Room was very spacious, clean and up to date. Staff were friendly. Went back to Bar after concert. Two small issues: Car park was advertised as 300 spaces. However on arrival, before the concert, the car park was completely full.... more

The hotels slogan is welcome to a new experience- we just didn't realise it would be an experience on how not to run a hotel. We stayed in the hotel for the Rod Stewart concert last night. On arrival we were checked in by the most ignorant man I have ever met. He gave us absolutely no information about breakfast... more

Stopped at the Ballsbridge Inn for 3 nights in late June. It was easy to get to directly from the airport (via the Blue Aircoach) as it stops directly outside. Check-in was quick and easy and the room was clean. Our main issues with this hotel were its location from Dublin City Centre. I read before booking that it was... more

Stayed here last night and to sum it up you get what you pay for. Where do i start? Check in was fast and efficient. Room more 2 star, but adequate for a budget type accommodation. Problems started when i rang reception for a hair dryer, as my room had none, got promise one in 15 minutes time, 30 minutes... more

The Ballsbridge Inn is part of the "D4Hotels.com" complex in Ballsbridge, a very affulent suburb and leafy embassy belt close to the city centre. This hotel represents truely outstanding value for money, purely in terms of the location and ease of access. There are several upscale hotels in the same area, which are enormously expensive compared. Bus/Train/Taxi routes to City... more

My boyfriend and I arrived at Dublin Airport late at night and didn't have a reservation for any hotel that night. So, we took a taxi and headed for this hotel, which we actually had a reservation the following night. We walked in around midnight, being very tired from our flight, and the guy at the front desk told us... more

Booked in here with wife and two other couples for heineken cup semi final. Check in was fast, rooms fine. At 11.30 we were in the Dubliner bar when discovered wife had lost her handbag. Asked bar manager to look out for it-very rude. Spoke to Ashid at reception, very nice. Checked CCTV for us, located it. He was excellent... more
