We stayed at the Prague house for a few nights last July - and we had a lovely time! A full Irish breakfast and a clean cosy room...not to mention very welcoming and cheerful hosts! It's also very well located - just close enough for an easy walk into downtown Galway, but far enough to avoid the noise from evening...

This review is late but my husband and I stayed at Prague House during Halloween for a few nights, and Miss Marys hospitality was amazing! We got married on Inish Mor on Halloween, and even though I thought I told her she was delighted to hear the news and treated us like our Italian mom's back home with hugs/kisses and...

We stayed here in November while the owners were very nice we found the room to be freezing cold. We mentioned it at breakfast the following morning and we were told that they switched the heating off at midnight. They provided us with an extra heavy duvet. We got so hot in bed we literally sweated. We found it hard...

I am so sorry you felt cold, we always seem to get complimented on the worm cosy house we have, we were really surprised that you were so cold, as we have thermostats on the radiators, and people tend to turn them off, some people like a cool room and other people like it warm, perhaps it was our fault...

We visited Galway mid November and stayed for 3 nights. Mary was very friendly and extremely helpful in every way. The en suite room was spotless. Car parking space was available. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. I would thoroughly recommend this B&B

I wish we had read the reviews before reserving here. This b&b is on a main busy and very noisy street. Will not return.

Sorry you found our location unsatisfactory, wish you had discussed it with me at the time of your stay, and would have tried to perhaps swith rooms, the location is five minutes walk from the centre, yes we are on a busy road, but we have double glazing, and most people do not complain of the noise, we are very dissappointed...

This B&B was fantastic. Great location- 3 min walk to Quay St. Nice, clean, cosy rooms (the double bed was a wee bit small but fine for a couple of nights). Mary the hostess was a really lovely lady who gave us a few ideas as to where we should eat/drink and see in Galway and liked to have a...

I stayed on a Friday night (visiting Galway for a conference that day and the next). Mary, the proprietor, made me feel very welcome, and was very accommodating to any request I made. Nice room, comfy bed, and nice little en-suite (all of which were very clean) Excellent location for me, 15 mins walk from NUIG, and 5 mins walk...

My wife and I and our 17 year old son stayed two nights this past June, and loved it. The triple room looked a bit tight when we first arrived, but turned out to be very comfortable. Mary and Charlie were very kind and welcoming, with plenty of advice regarding where to go and what to see. They even had...
