From the minute I made my reservation I found the staff rude, unfriendly and very unhelpfull. Lovely entrance to hotel. Spacious comfortable bedrooms. Staff friendly. Food good. Swimming pool excellent. Decor a bit outdated. 25 min walk to salthill. Plumming in bathroom unbeliveably loud. Far too expensive. Watch out for hidden extras when checking out!! more
