I have just returned from a short break to Killarney. The Muckross Park Hotel class themselves as 5 star. Tripadviser class them as 4 star. Personally I would class them somewhere between 3 - 4 star. Reasons 1 - The hotel's own website description and pictures for this hotel leads you to believe that this hotel is in Muckross Park.... more

Just returned from this hotel, and had a wonderful time. Every staff member we encountered from first entering the hotel to checking out, were professional yet friendly and welcoming. Stayed with Partner for a romantic weekend. Found the hotel both very welcoming and luxurious.
