Great Place. Very quaint, friendly service. We were late coming in from Cork for our ring of kerry tour. The people at the hotel contacted the tour company and had the bus come and pick us up at the hotel. They even put our bags in our rooms without us checking in. Very accommodating. Me and my partner stayed at this hotel. The room's were delightfull and the staff made you feel very welcome. The waitress was brilliant! It's also a great location and your literally 2 min walk from the centre. I would highly recomend anybody to stay hear, young or old more

Myself and my wife stayed here for a weekend break for her birthday. The hotels location is in the center of Killarney, it is old style house that has kept many of it's features. We had a very pleasant stay in this friendly hotel which is very convenient to all amenities and especially is only 3 minutes away from the National Park which goes on for miles around the lakes. I would recommend staying here. more
Stayed here with a group tour. Good location, good food and Pub, excellent service. Rooms are older but clean and comfortable. Can be noisey if you need the window open and your room faces street. more
Stayed two nights this past week at the Arbutus in Killarney. Great staff at front desk, all were very helpful and friendly. Our room was large with a sizable bathroom for Ireland with separate tub and shower. Older finishes and furniture but in good condition. It is not often in life that you truly believe that you get value for money.. well I can assure visitors you will get that at the Arbutus Hotel. Great bar, comfortable spacious rooms; fantastic breakfast,friendly owners and staff.It is a beautiful hotel. We enjoyed every minute. more
