Stayed in this hotel on two occasions and I must say we found the staff very freindly and helpful and our room was good. Leisure facilities are also good. Breakfast was varied and excellent, did not have dinner. Very pleased overall, great value and will be back more

I stayed here for 3 nights with family for a relatives wedding early 2009 which was held in the hotel. The rooms were nice and comfortable but I did feel there was something lacking. we stayed in the gleneagle after seeing the pics online.it was our first trip to killarney and unfortunately probably our last. the decor was dreadful. carpets worn and different every room...a multicoloured nightmare. the pics of the hotel online completely misrepresent the hotel. it looks nice online but in reality the place needs a good update.
