My review may sound quite negative but the overall experience was positive and that is reflected in my overall score of 4 out of 5 so I hope you aren't completely put off!
You cannot fault the house and grounds, they are absolutely stunning. There are so many photo opportunities and I was lucky enough to experience both snow and rainbows when I was there, making for some truly fantastic and memorable experiences. The house is also kept in excellent condition (very clean and tidy) and the beds are super comfy. There are 2 TVs with Sky and various board games are provided. There are also 2 lovely pets that hang around, Jessie the dog and a friendly ginger cat... I wanted to take both home!
