"Excellent" does not do justice to this wonderful place. The staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. Rooms are so comfortable and standards of cleanliness could put hospitals to shame. Nice enough room although a little small. Very ice pub and restaurant. There is not a lot to do in Tralee, but a good place to finish up a trip around the Ring of Kerry before hitting the Dingle Peninsula.

I can not say enough about the wonderful staff at the Grand Hotel and the Pub Restaurant - Pikeman - located at the hotel site.
