Arrived early evening, cold, very tired and starving hungry. Was met in the reception by a wonderful warm glowing open fire. Pamela who greeted us at that time was very welcoming and friendly told where to park for ease of transfering our luggage and even offered some help up to our room. We booked for one night only. Had a... more

We really enjoyed our stay at the Meadowlands Hotel in August 2009. We found the staff very friendly, helpful and courteous, in particular Claire in reception and Sinead in accommodation. The food was excellent - breakfast and dinner. Would highly recommend it. more

Stayed for two separate overnights recently, on a quick trip to Kerry. Loved the Meadowlands and everyone working there. The hotel was so convenient for me. Easy and safe car parking, lots of meeting space around the lobby, bar and library rooms for sit-downs with friends and business contacts. A long-established hotel in the area, always popular with locals, humming... more

Our one night stay at the Meadowlands made us wish for more. Travelling with my son and his wife we were given secluded rooms with 1 door leadind to the 2 separate bedrooms. I appreciated this touch of personal attention to the booking. The restaurant, bar and public areas are truly stepping back into a bygone era. Staff was friendly... more

Stayed here one night while my husband was golfing. It was a cozy, comfortable room. A bit of a country decor. Beds were a little hard but OK. Shower curtain smelled a bit like mildew, but I am sensitive to smells! Otherwise, restaurant and breakfasts were great. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and updated. Free wi-fi. Free... more

Pleasant friendly staff and very good fish, I believe the owner has his own fishing fleet ! Within walking distance of railway station and town centre. We took a day trip by bus to Dingle for Regatta and saw Fungie, also took a day trip by train to Killarney and walked in the National Park. Grand bedroom, clean and well... more
