I had a rough day walking the first bit of the Dingle way... skip Tralee to Camp...unless you are a mountain goat. There is more spectacular scenery further down the way. Kathleen actually came to collect me when I bailed on mile ten... too rocky for my old knees and hips. That being my first day, I was not sure... more
This wonderfull B&B is between Tralee and Dingle near Conor Pass so its in the heart of some of the most beautiful country on the island. The proprietor, Kathleen Daly, could not be any sweeter. She owns a pup next door and 200-year-old Ashes Pub is across the street. Some of the best Italian (yes Italian) food I've ever had. more
