we stayed here for two nights last weekend as we were at a wedding in hotel kilkenny which was a 2 minute walk away. The owner (Breda) was very friendly and welcoming it is a real family run bed and breakfast, we even met some of the small grandchildren. Stayed at Anna Villa for 4 nights. On arrival we received a warm welcome from Marie, the proprietor, much appreciated after an awful journey from Dublin Airport. This B&B is easily located on the road in from Clonmel on the edge of the city. Only a 10 minute walk from the city centre it means that all of the city is easily accessible by foot.
