Helen Dunning makes staying at the Dunboy B & B worthwhile. She is genuinely warm and hospitable. THe Dunboy B&B is a wonderful place to stay in Kilkenny. Helen treats you like a family member, so warm and friendly. The rooms are comfy and very clean, the beds comfortable, and the breakfasts are very good. The only minor issue we had was that the shower flow was fairly weak. I would highly recommend the Dunboy. more

A really nice place to stay, and the hosts are very welcoming. Within 15 mins walking distances to the city centre. The room was well equipped and the breakfast provided was also of a high standard. Fresh fruit, brewed coffee, or a big irish breakfast were all on offer. more

My wife and I spent our first night in Ireland here and were very pleased with the Dunboy. The B&B is clean and quiet at night and Helen and Tony were very friendly and helpful hosts. Breakfast was great and it's a short walk into the city center. We highly recommend the Dunboy for anyone staying in the area. more
