The owner, Vicky, is very friendly, and she gave us very useful hints for the visit of the city. And although we arrived without having booked, she had a place for us and welcomed us very warmly. the B&B is at a very reasonable walking distance from the city center. Very good Irish breakfast. More

We stayed at the Park Villa B&B in Sep. 2010. As it was on a weekend it was very hard to find a place to stay in Kilkenny. But we very pleased with our stay there. Yes, the rooms are small, but what the heck... you sleep there! The breakfast was very good, the host Vicky was very kind! More

If you want a room the size of a postage stamp & a bathroom even smaller this is your place. We thought the hostess was somewhat unfriendly upon check-in but had an excellent breakfast. We stayed in several other B&B's that way surpassed this one. I would not stay there again. More

Vicky is a great host. Her B&B is clean and tidy, comfortable with a friendly atmosphere. The walk into town is pleasant, about 10 minutes - a drive would make it 2 minutes. Dinner recommendation (Langton's) was excellent. Vicky's Irish Breakfast was the best we had in Ireland. We will stay again! More
