I stayed here with my husband for a weekend was made feel very welcome.The b&b itself is very close to city center paul the host recommended a lovely pub to eat and had great music we will be returning.

O'Malley's has a great location...in the village, close to castle and pubs. Hosts were very helpful. Did not provide a cooked breakfast as advertised and the beds were small for two people making for a rough night's sleep. Cleanliness was OK.

As some of the earlier reviews mentioned the location is excellent, but it stops there. We will never stay there again. There are other places that are just as close. Booked because of recommendation in Lonely Planet, and close to Kilkenny center, but very disappointed in room. No ambience, reminded me of a college dorm room. Windows dirty, no chair. Asked for ice, none available. At least staff nice, brought up bench/table.

Stayed their in January with my partner. Room was cold and damp. Hostess was rude and adrupt when asked questions. The only good thing about this B&B was its location to the city. needs a good clean also not a happy stay.
