Stayed there last saturday night-what a dump!!! staff rude-no television or mirror in our room-had to wait ages for breakfast and absolutely no choice to be had!! couldn't take a shower as water was scalding. There are so many nice places to stay in Kilkenny-avoid this at all cost!!! more

Horrible place! Deceptive website, much much worse in reality.. Rooms freezing cold, no heating, dodgy door locks, filthy shower, furniture falling apart, generally rundown and unkept.. Breakfast appalling and expectations were not high at that stage.. kitchen under/not staffed.. flies in the orange juice, no choice, long wait for less than average food..A health hazard! Do not stay here........ You will firstly be asked to pay upfront. Then you will have a battle to try open the door to you room . Do not book into this B&B, the owner does not care about running a good establishment.
