Great place to stay the rooms are spacious spotlessly clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast and the owner is fantastic he really makes you welcome nothing is to much trouble. The location is about 10 minutes from the town centre and just across the road is the entrance to Kilkenny Castle grounds with lovely walks

A great place to stay when visiting Kilkenny - it's close enough to the city for walking, but is also quiet and has plenty of parking, and is easy to get to, only minutes off ring road. Great breakfast, and the owner is lovely.

Lovely clean and spacious rooms with good shower and tea making facilities. The Internet connection is fast, so perfect for work or streaming programmes. The breakfast is a proper Irish fry and the host is very accommodating. Top class B&B.

The owner is very personable friendly and helpful. The bed and breakfast was clean and quiet. The breakfast area is very pretty. Food was was very good and plentiful. I would recommend this to everyone.
