These cosily equipped cottages are surrounded by open green space: the scenery is gently beautiful; the only sounds are of the birds, the breeze in the trees, the lowing of cows and the occasional tractor. I have stayed at the Darragh Cottages 7 or 8 times since 2001. I love being there. I have gone alone and I have gone with family members. I have family in the immediate area. Having had several enjoyable cottage holidays in the UK,our experience of Ireland was limited to a couple of trips to Dublin,both very enjoyable,so we decided to book a week in June at Darragh cottages,Co Limerick.What a big mistake!!!The 'cottage' was miles from anywhere,stunk of damp,we were promised satellite tv,but only two Irish channels available,the owner had'nt even left us so... more
