I stayed at this hotel last night, when i checked in yesterday afternoon i found the woman behind the recption to be very rude and unfriendly. The way we where treated by her was so unprofessional i work in a four star hotel and eventho this is 3 star i think they need to work on there customer service skills.... More

This hotel was much nicer on the inside than from the outside. It was easily accessed and not too far from the city. We had free parking for the duration of our stay. The area itself is not very nice but the hotel makes up for it and you can easily get a taxi to the city. We asked for... More

Stayed here with friends for a night out in limerick and i had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel is clean, very well designed and presented. Staff were excellent and they let us defer our checkout until 1 for no extra charge which was great for the hangover. Best value for money for any hotel i have ever stayed in,... More

I was going Bridal shopping & had a 30th bithday party to attend. Couldn't of asked for a better location, not in walking distance of the town but only a few mins away in a cab. There is loads on the door step as is (chemist, Aldi, Off Licence, Super Mac's) Munster were also palying on the same day so... More

Firstly, there is no getting away from the fact that this hotel is on the edge of a very unfortunate area. Its most definitely not a place to go walking around alone at night and its slightly out of town. Be sensible and use the more secure hotel car park rather than leaving your car outside in the shopping area... More

I have stayed in this hotel over ten times in the last three years. The rooms are spacious, the food is wholesome, and they pour a mean pint of lager! Most of all,the friendly, fun and sassy welcome of Eileen and the other ladies at reception means that us Munster rugby supporters will keep coming back. This is a fairly new hotel on the outskirts of Limerick. It is close to the intersection of the Cork and Dublin motorways and also close to Limerick tunnel for easy travel to Shannon or Galway. It's fairly good value, and the rooms are quite large. We ended up in a two bed suite. The suite was huge and included... More
