We arrived and the lobby smelled terrible (of musty old smoke). The person at the reception desk was borderline rude. The rooms smelled as well even though I specifically asked for non-smoking rooms. I instructed my children to NOT walk on the carpet barefoot! The hotel staff, save for one young man in the restaurant, was not friendly or helpful.... more

I agree with all the negative comments. This Hotel is defintely tired and in need of a complete revamp. The whole fabric of the room stunk of smoke. The en suite facilities were extremely poor and old fashioned. The taps on the hand basin were of the push type that turn themselves off after a few seconds unless you continue... more

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice clean comfortable room. Great location. Didn't read other reviews before I stayed but now that I have I think some of the negative ones were totally over the top this was a nice hotel for the price and grade of the hotel and would stay again. more

Stayed in the hotel recently, as only wanted something cheap for a few hourse sleep. Room was extremely cheap at €45 (regardless of how many staying). Overall hotel needs a major revamp.
