I stayed there recently with my wife and we couldn't believe our luck... Hotel is situated in the middle of Limericks main strip of pubs and clubs. Everything was within a 2 min walk. We really enjoyed our stay- we had a comfortable room that had nice interior design but wasn't too stuffy. The facilities are basic enough but the staff were really helpful and gave us an alarm call in the morning and they had wifi for free- a welcome change from most hotels. This is an excellent hotel - small but perfectly formed(!) - which is very convenient for all the city centre shops and amenities. The rooms are clean and fresh , the breakfast is generous and truly excellent and the staff both welcoming and very helpful. We booked this hotel over the internet, seemed to be decent. However once my party of four arrived it was two hours before we could go to our room, despite being after check in time. Me and my boyfriend stayed here for 1 night-6th Feb, it was our second visit,we visited about 2 years prior but this time it was even better, The total cost was €55 for two people bed & breakfast, you wont get anywhere else cheaper in Limerick City. Went for a girl's weekend, had an absolutely brilliant time-centre of everything near all the nightlife and the shops ideal area. Slighty worried after reading the other reviews but after my stay i was pleasantly surprised. i stayed with my wife for a weekend and although there was some noise from the street, it was to be expected as we were told about it when we booked the room and again when we checked in.
