Great Business Hotel very friendly staff excelent service top of my list in future more

Stayed here for one night but would have gladly stayed many more. Great size room, bathroom had bath and a seperate shower cubicle. Had dinner which was really good. Breakfast was also very good. Staff very pleasent and helpful. Overall fantastic value for money will sure stay there again. more

Before our trip, I checked TripAdvisor and was concerned about some reviews, but ours was a package deal with no choice of places to stay. We found the Strand to be excellent in every way. stayed for 2 nights, had an insident with the receptionist on check in, she was very rude and had no name tag,had to pay both nights for hotel car park,we ate in the bar both nights, food good service good, but bar not so clean. We only spent 2 days at this hotel but wished we could have stayed longer. The room decor was lovely...modern but comfortable and didn't feel cramped. Great Irish breakfast and the gym and huge pool with sauna and steam rooms. Location made it easy to walk to downtown and explore all around. The desk staff was the best...checked us in... more

Just back from a weekend in the Strand, it was fab! Rooms were great, we had a lovely junior suite and it was great value for money. Walking distance to the city as well as some nice walks along the river. Had dinner and drinks in the Hotel and it was excellent. Staff very pleasant and helpful also.Highly recommend!! more
