When mailing the Boyne haven be careful. Use address: Boynehaven B&B Opposite Europa Hotel Dublin Rd, Drogheda Co Louth. Clearly mark your letter FAO BoyneHaven There are several similar named hotels all on the same road. My confirmation and cheque was delivered to BoyneValley Hotel, Dublin Rd by mistake. Chose Boyne Haven House on the basis of the previous review here and was not disappointed. Tara McDonnell was the perfect hostess. From giving directions on how to get to the guesthouse, to getting train timetables, to making an early breakfast so that we could get to the course we were attending, nothing seemed to be too much effort. We traveled around Ireland for 21 days and found Boyne Haven House in Drogheda to be the most outstanding Bed and Breakfast we encountered. Tara McDonnell was by far exceptional in her greeting, welcome and hospitality. Our rooms were better than any of the major hotels we stayed in while in Ireland.
