Servise was attentive and curtious and welcoming. Rooms were clean and comfortable and simply layed out. Fantastic facilities with tennis courts, lakes and gym (with sauna and stam room). Excellent tasty and well presented food, and plenty of it for the larger eaters. Restaurant was clean and well maintained and service was prompt and always with a simle. Paul and... more

We stayed in the Lough Lannagh B & B accomodation. The rooms are reasonably spacious and are very clean and well presented. The breakfast was very good and the gym facility was also of a reasonably high standard. Castlebar is just a short walk away and there is a lovely peaceful walk to be had around the lough nearby. What... more

Arrived on Friday evening about 7.30 and the young lady on reception was very helpful and accommodating. It's a quiet time of the year so there was ample places to park our camper. The park is tucked away behind trees just a short distance from the centre of Castlebar. The security barriers at the entrance are a welcome addition for... more

Since 2001 we have been booking accommodation for an annual gettogether, usually about 40 rooms. We have never been treated as well as we were at Lough Lannagh. The owners and staff are the most efficient, welcoming and helpful you are ever likely to find. Lough Lannagh itself is a wonderful place. Its saf, quiet and very well run. The... more

In August my family took a trip to Ireland. I had stayed at the Lough Lannagh several years in the Lodge, however, for this trip we rented a house. The village is comprised of a lodge, providing bed and breakfast, approx 12 self catering cottages with exteriors designed to replicate an old village and a caravan park. The interior of... more

Myself and a few girlfriends went on Murder Mystery weekend to Lough Lannagh, where we stayed in the Lodge. This place is like going home from home...The staff couldn't have done any more for us, booking Taxi's & restaurants. The Lodge was very clean and comfortable. This place is 3 star but the staff and location should be 5 star.... more

Only got here late friday night left early sunday morning so we didnt get to spend enough time at the lodge as I would have liked. Lovely setting and great location close to the town centre. The owner/manager was a lovely guy, so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, rooms were clean, could do with a little updating but I... more

I have stayed twice at Lough Lannagh now and will cetainly return. I cannot recommend it highly enough. Paul, Geraldine and the staff are willing to go to any lengths for their guests. Truly a home from home only without the work. Food is excellent, accommodation spacious, lovely surroundings with lots to do. Children made very welcome. more

A really friendly, relaxed place to stay - you have the choice of comfortably sized family cottages with really spacious bedrooms or a lodge with en-suite bedrooms. We stayed in the lodge but other family members stayed in the cottages. Absolutely perfect for a young family - loads of space, a playground, a lake and both Castlebar and Westport nearby.... more

My family and I stayed in a lovely cottage for a few days, it was so well equiped with everything you could need... the kids just loved the space to run around outside and I loved taking the baby for a walk around the lake. The food was great and there was great shopping just 2 mins down the road.... more
