Our room had two twin beds and big bathroom which was completely tiled and easily handicapped accessible. We read all the complementary reviews and chose the Garden Gates thinking it must be quite nice, but couldn't possibly be so entirely wonderful. But it is. The property is new, spacious, comfortable and immaculately clean. However that's really secondary to the warmth and friendly atmosphere of this B&B.
