We really relaxed in this spotless guesthouse, where the breakfast was lovely and freshly cooked. There were great views over croagh Patrick , ample parking and plenty of recommendations of places to visit by Margaret. Highly recommended!

The B&B is a first class no fuss high quality run establisment. The breakfast sets you up for a good days travel and the room offers a welcome return after a long day.I could'nt fault this B&B in any way and it will be my first port of call when in West Port again.

Although we arrived early from our flight, Margaret had no hesitation in booking us in straight away so we were in our room at about 10.30am. She also provided us with coffee and scones which was a nice touch. Our room was lovely with a view of the mountain, very clean with tea and coffee facilities. The bed was comfortable.... More

This B&B is an excellent choice if planning a short stay in Westport. It is a couple of minutes of a walk to westport town and clew bay. The lady that runs the B&B was really friendly and good for giving advice for what there was to do around. The breakfast was also really good. There was a variety of... More

I don't know which was better--Margaret or our accommodations. We loved our stay at Adare House and would heartily recommend it. Town center was only a short walk away. Follow every one of Margaret's recommendations. From places to eat to scenic roads, she made our stay in Westport exceptional.

We stayed one night at Adare House B&B during our 10 days in Ireland. Margaret is a great hostess who is very knowledgeable and personable. Adare house is within walking distance to town along a busy road with good sidewalks. Given Margaret's hospitality, we'd definitely recommend staying at the Adare House. Pros: Owner: Margaret was helpful and intriguing in conversation.... More

We stayed here for 2 nights last week with our 3 year old son. Margaret greeted us at the door with a warm and wonderful smile. Christy brought up some wonderful treats with some coffee as we settled in. Margaret had to leave for the weekend to tend to family, but Christy did a wonderful job on breakfast and we... More

I have just returned from Westport, Co. Mayo, Ireland. I once again stayed at the Adare House, on Quay Road, Westport, Ireland. Margaret and Christy have a wonderful B&B! The rooms are immaculate, the breakfast out of this world, and the view from the dining room of Croagh Patrick is a wonderful way to start your day in Westport. Margaret... More

The Adare House was the best B & B we stayed in during our vacation. The location is excellent, the view from the back of the house is magnificent, second to none. The owner made you feel right at home and was a great resource for hiking, shopping and local restaurants. We had a voucher for a 3 star B... More
