The owners are like family now. Staying here was relaxing and they were more than genuinely interested in our trip and providing excellent advice to enhance our trip. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Also, it was the first placed we actually had free wifi. Everything we expected was more than delivered.

Everything was wonderful, the room, the breakfast, the location but especially Helen and Patrice. They were helpful and accommodating with anything we needed. The room was clean, pleasantly decorated. They were my extended family in Ireland I will return again and again.

Adorable property just minutes walk from the town. Owners Patrice and Helen were extremely hospitable. We traveled in Ireland with our adult children and spouses and this was a GREAT place for all of us to stay. This B&B is very conveniently located less than 15 minutes walk from the city center. The owners are really welcoming and ready to indicate the best tours to take either south towards the connemara or north towards archill island. what more can you ask for? nice warm room, lovely hosts and superb breakfast! go for the poached eggs they are perfect - as are the freshly made scones. Location is far enough away from Westport to feel rural and close enough to it to comfortably walk in. right next to the greenway also

Just returned from a wonderful weekend in Westport stayed in this great B&B, excellent hosts Helen and Patrice had lots of advice and helpful suggestions for us. Rooms warm, clean and very comfortable. Perfect short stroll into the centre of town from the B&B. Breakfast very tasty with choices to suit all palates.

We had an excellent stay with Patrice and Helen. We were treated to a fabulous breakfast which is favourably served until ten thirty. Our room was clean, bright, warm and spacious and the proprioters cold not have been more friendly or helpful. An excellent stay!
