Visited with Family, found it expensive for facilities offered, equipment poorly maintained in places, swan boats were filthy dirty, could be much better attraction if some effort was put into service and facilities

€59 for two parents and two children into westport house and pirates adventure land. This is not good value for money, there is nothing worth while in the pirates adventure land and other things like the zip wire, zorbing, archery and lazer combat are all extra. There are swan peddle boats, a small train, a slide, pitch and putt and... More

We (2 adults, 3 children) tent camped here in July 2011 and August 2012 and we hope to return again in Summer 2013. The location and setting are perfect, with lots of activities available on site and pleasant staff. There are 2 separate camping areas, each with their own security barrier - one just for tents, without electric hook up,... More

We used to frequent Westport House Camping & Caravan Park until we thought it was too expensive. So we were delighted that Westport House Camping & Caravan Park were offering a fantastic end of season deal of half price pitches and 20% off your ticket into Westport House and Pirate Adventure Park when you camped there. As other reviewers have... More

This was our second time here - the first time a number of years ago and I didn't like the site at all but decided time can bring change and headed out again. We spent 3 nights here on their all in deal. I can honestly say though 80% of the staff were friendly and it was over all clean,... More

Stayed here in a caravan with 3 kids in August. Good facilities, lots for kids to do, however be prepared to spend, with activities like zorbing, zip wire, archery, pitch and putt etc, the kids will want to do it all. During our stay there was live music in the bar, and everyone had a great time. Would definately return.... More

1st time to stay here, was recommended to us by friends. We stayed 2 nights and found the sites very good - not very large and thankfully we didn't have awning as the wet weather seemed to be playing havoc with other campers! Toilet block clean although the water in the showers was too hot and not adjustable. There is... More

My family and I spent more than a week camping here, and having camped the previous year in Lough Key Forest Park,I was not too keen to camp again, mainly due to how dirty the showers were there. However after 2 days in Westport I met the cleaner one morning and complemented her on how clean the toilets and showers were kept,to which...
